How to Cook Gnocchi
- Our Gnocchi are “Heavenly” but as everything that is so special you need to give it special attention.
- Fresh Gnocchi cooks VERY FAST!! Only 40 seconds.
- Boil water.
- Add Gnocchi, don’t leave the gnocchi alone!! It tends to dissolve if unattended.
- Take Gnocchi out of water and mix with hot sauce. Remove from stove.
